Dick has been practicing in the areas of Business Planning, as well as Trusts and Estates for over 30 years. Dick was born and raised in Fairmont, MN with his wife, Terry, of 47 years. After attending undergraduate school in Colorado, Dick moved back to St. Paul, MN where he attended law school at William Mitchell College of Law.
Dick practiced law in Southern Minnesota for most of his professional career and moved to Onida, South Dakota in 2014. Over the years Dick has served on many Community Boards including The Mayo Foundation, Salvation Army, Leave A Legacy Foundation, YMCA, EduCare Foundation, Schola Foundation, and the Mankato Area Foundation. His commitment to his clients and community have been a hallmark of his practice.
When not practicing law, Dick enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family, including his two daughters, son-in-law, and particularly his three grandsons.
